Biography
Dr. A. Revathy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with expertise in Power Electronics, III-Nitride Devices, and Nanoelectronic Devices. She completed her Ph.D. at SRM Institute of Science and Technology in 2024 on power semiconductor device modelling and simulation. She has over 8+ years of teaching experience and actively pursues research in wide-bandgap semiconductor devices for power converter applications.
