Biography
Dr. A. Sugantha earned her Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering at BIT Campus, Anna University, Tiruchirappalli, and completed her M.E. in VLSI Design from college of Engineering Guindy Campus, Anna University, Chennai. She has over seven years of teaching experience in engineering education and her research interests include low-power VLSI design, radiation-hardened memory architectures, SRAM design, and reliable semiconductor systems. She has published research articles in reputed international journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. Her work focuses on developing energy-efficient and robust memory solutions for advanced electronic applications. She has served as Principal Investigator for a DST Women Scientist Scheme (WOS-A) funded project on low-power SRAM design for space applications. Her academic interests continue to contribute to innovation in semiconductor and next-generation electronic system design.
