Dr. A. Vignesh

Dr. A. Vignesh is an academician, researcher, and research supervisor with over 14 years of teaching experience in Management Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Alagappa University and serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SRM TRP Engineering College.

His expertise includes Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Startup Management, Leadership, Sustainability, and technology-enabled business education. He has secured research grants from the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST) and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR).

Dr. Vignesh guides doctoral research scholars and has published in ABDC-indexed and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as in The Hindu BusinessLine. His interests include research, accreditation (NAAC and NIRF), curriculum development, and strengthening industry–academia collaboration.
