Dr. K. Hareharan

Dr. K. Hareharen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at SRM TRP Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli. He holds a Ph.D. in machine learning-assisted design and development of high-entropy alloys through additive manufacturing. He completed his M.Tech in Digital Manufacturing, specializing in additive manufacturing, and holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. His research interests include metal additive manufacturing, high-entropy alloy design, and the development of high-performance materials. He is proficient in data-driven analysis, computational materials engineering and advanced characterization techniques. His work emphasizes establishing structure–property relationships through the integration of computational modeling and experimental studies.

Dr. Hareharen’s research contributions focus on leveraging machine learning, optimization algorithms, and additive manufacturing to accelerate material discovery and advance innovative manufacturing processes.
