Dr. M. P. Flower Queen

Dr. M. P. Flower Queen is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SRM TRP Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India.. She obtained her B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, M.E. in Applied Electronics from R.V.S. College of Engineering, Dindigul, and Ph.D. in Control Systems from Anna University, Chennai. She has over 24 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Control Systems, Robotics, Renewable Energy Systems, Biomedical Signal Processing, Smart Grid Technologies, and Power Electronics. She has published 21 research papers, including 18 Scopus-indexed journal publications, and has presented 9 papers at international conferences. She has also filed four patents, successfully guided doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate research, and actively supervises research scholars. She serves as the Conference Coordinator for the AICTE–ATAL Sponsored Faculty Development Programme with a sanctioned grant of ₹3.00 lakhs, and is an approved SWAYAM/NPTEL English-to-Tamil Translator. She is a recipient of the NPTEL Believer Award, NPTEL Discipline Star Award, NPTEL Mentor Award, and SWAYAM Translation Award. She has organized Faculty Development Programmes, international conferences, workshops, and technical events, and actively contributes to NAAC, IQAC, curriculum development, academic administration, and research excellence in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
