Dr. V. AshokKumar

Dr.V.ASHOKKUMAR  is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with expertise in Energy Management , Drives and Power Electronics and Smart grid. He obtained his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College , M.E. in Power Electronics and Drives  from JJ College of Engineering and Technology , and Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He has over 14 years of combined teaching experience. His research interests include Renewable Energy Systems, Smart Microgrids, Power Electronics, Energy Management Systems. He has published numerous SCI and Scopus-indexed research articles, published multiple patents,. He has also delivered invited talks, organized faculty development programmes and international conferences, and actively contributes to academic administration, curriculum development, and research in the field of electrical engineering.
