Mrs S.Devapriya

Mrs. S. Deva Priya completed her Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Latha Mathavan Engineering College, Madurai, in 2012. She subsequently earned her Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from K.L.N. College of Information Technology, Madurai, in 2015.

She began her academic career as an Assistant Professor at M.A.M. College of Engineering, where she served for three and a half years. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM TRP Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli. With over 11 years of teaching experience, she has been actively involved in imparting quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence.She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. under the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Anna University. Her research interests include Medical Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. She is passionate about exploring innovative technologies and applying them to solve real-world challenges.

She has published more than five research papers in reputed indexed journals and has presented numerous research articles at both national and international conferences. Her scholarly contributions reflect her commitment to advancing knowledge in emerging areas of computer science and engineering.

In recognition of her dedication to student development and academic mentoring, she has received the prestigious NPTEL Top Mentor Award twice. She actively guides students in innovative projects, research activities, hackathons, and technical competitions, encouraging them to develop problem-solving skills and industry-relevant competencies. Her continuous efforts in teaching, research, and student mentorship have made her a valuable contributor to the academic community.
